Onze website is een van onze belangrijkste middelen om (potentiele) professionals en opdrachtgevers te informeren over onze dienstverlening en over de vacatures welke we hebben openstaan. Hierbij is het belangrijk om controle te hebben over hetgeen je op je website aan content aanbied.
Halverwege 2016 zijn wij met Nubos in contact gekomen tijdens onze zoektocht naar een partij die ons kon ondersteunen met onze wens om onze frontend in eigen beheer te krijgen. Deze loskoppeling van ons CRM pakket (backend) vonden wij noodzakelijk gezien ons wij ons ambities en groeiplannen.

Coen van Nubos heeft er als projectleider en expert voor gezorgd dat we deze wensen stapsgewijs konden realiseren. Allereerst middels het aanbrengen van koppelingen tussen onze frontend en onze CRM software. Hierdoor kregen we direct veel vrijheid terug.
De hele ontwikkeling van de frontend van de schetstafel naar een www-waardige versie was volgende uitdaging. Hierbij is direct ingespeeld op de nieuwe “standaard” op het gebied van SEO, bigdata, etc.

Op het moment van het schrijven van deze testimonial is Nubos bezig met een standaardisatie slag op het gebied van gegevensverwerking. Wij willen graag het tijdverlies van het overtypen van gegevens gaan minimaliseren. Hierbij zal direct een geautomatiseerd proces worden ingericht voor het versturen van mailings, nieuwsbrieven en andere standaard berichten.

Joinuz zal de komende jaren nog veelvuldig gebruik maken van de diensten van Nubos, we hebben nog een aantal optimalisatieprojecten in de pijplijn zitten waarbij we hun expertise goed kunnen gebruiken!

Everything you need for a professional career website is included: complete website with standard template design, Content Management System (CMS) to manage content yourself, automatic job synchronization from your ATS, hosting on Kubernetes infrastructure, SSL certificate, automatic backups, security updates, and email support.

Your website runs on your own domain (for example, careers.yourcompany.nl) and you have full control over content, pages, and branding. There are no hidden costs - what you see is what you pay.

How quickly can my career website go live?

If you manage content yourself: Your environment can be ready within 1 day. We set up the website, connect your ATS, and give you access to the CMS. You add the content and the site goes live.

If we handle everything: Approximately 4 weeks. This includes kickoff call (30 min), design setup and ATS connection (1 week), content creation by us (2 weeks), review and adjustments (1 week), and go-live.

The timeline mainly depends on how quickly content is provided and how many custom adjustments you want. We keep you informed at every step.

Which ATS systems are supported for automatic job sync?

We support 15+ ATS systems including Otys, Carerix, Bullhorn, Recruitee, RecruitNow Cockpit, ForceFlow, Tigris, Seven20, SAP SuccessFactors, Cegid TalentSoft, Visma EasyCruit and more.

The automatic synchronization ensures that jobs from your ATS appear directly on your career website. Changes in job title, salary, or location are automatically updated. Closed job listings automatically disappear from the website.

Can I adjust the design to my house style?

Yes, there are several options:

Standard templates: You choose from professional templates and adjust colors, logo, and content via the CMS. This is included in the €100/€125 per month.

Small adjustments: Changes to layout, extra sections, or styling adjustments can be made at €110 per hour.

Fully custom design: Do you want a unique website fully tailored to your house style? We create a custom design from the ground up. Price depends on complexity and requirements - request a quote.

You always retain full control over content via the CMS.

What is the difference between an annual contract and a monthly contract?

Annual contract (€100/month): You pay €1,200 per year upfront and save €300 per year compared to the monthly contract. This is the best choice if you are sure you want to use the website for at least a year.

Monthly contract (€125/month): Maximum flexibility, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Ideal if you want to test whether the solution suits you first.

Both contracts contain exactly the same features - website, CMS, ATS-sync, hosting, SSL, backups, and support. The only difference is the payment frequency and price. You can always upgrade from monthly to annual.

How does content management via the CMS work?

The Content Management System is intuitive and user-friendly - no technical knowledge required. You can edit texts via a visual editor, upload images, create new pages (such as "About Us", "Employee Benefits", blog posts), add or remove menu items, and manage media in the media library.

Job vacancies are automatically synchronized from your ATS, so you don't need to enter them manually. We provide documentation and training upon delivery. Still need help? Our support is available, and for more extensive assistance, we offer hands-on support at €110 per hour.

What happens if I want to stop using Recruit Website?

You can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice period - there are no lock-in contracts. Upon cancellation, we help you export your content and data so you can use it elsewhere.

Your own domain naturally remains yours - we assist with changing DNS settings if you want to switch to another solution. All the content you have created remains your property.

We always ask for feedback upon cancellation so we can continue to improve. If you want to return later, we can often reactivate your website quickly.
